Suggest Medication For Pus Filled Acne
I am 26 years old, now I have severe acne in my face with pus.doctor said its due to hormonal imbalance and prescribed me doxycycline and lactic acid bacilllus capsules for 2weeks.what hormonal imbalance I have.Till this age I never had acne in my face ,rarely one or two..plz reply

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pus filled acne which seems cystic acne occur which occurs when when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for acne as well as marks . Apply aloe vera gel at night . If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks .
