Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

The commonest cause of ringing in the ear following injury over the ear is the rupture of the eardrum. If there is no perforation of the eardrum, then the second most probable cause could be the damage to the inner ear. Get Pure Tone Audiometry done to confirm sensori-neural hearing loss. Also, try taking betahistine after consulting your doctor. Reduce salt intake, avoid blowing of the nose and performing strenuous work.
