Suggest Medication For Severe Lower Back And Leg Pain

I smoked meth all day and im having severe lower back pain which is slowly moving towards my hips and thighs. i took 2mg of xanax because i read it might help. i just want this meth high and side effects to go away. i was dumb to do it and will never to it again. what should i do now?

I am afraid this is not a common Meth side effect. it might be important to check for any trauma. Simple pain Killers like non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen and Diclofenac (if no gastritis or peptic ulcer disease) and Acetaminophen/caffeine combinations could help now as you await to get a review from your primary care physician.
