Suggest Medication For Sleeplessness

In recent years I have had a hysterectomy, had heart mapping and catheter ablation without anesthesia, I have only one coronary artery, my son was hit by a drunk driver and now has seizures, my other son nearly drowned and has TBI, my daughter in law has brain avm, my dad died, my aunt died, we had a house fire, we moved, I'm a former emt-i and now full time nursing student and I find I am having a great deal of trouble sleeping... I can't afford to go to a doctor. I have tried melatonin, valarian root, and benedryl. I average about 2 hours of sleep every 3 - 4 days, my mind won't shut off. I care for my Mother also. Any suggestions, I am really getting sluggish.

HI
Well come to HC
I really appreciate your concern, and looking to the history given here and circumstances you are going thorough you are really in need of some counseling and in my opinion better to consult psychologist, this is the best option you have, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
