Suggest Medication For Sprained Ankle With Swelling?

i had a ladder colapse on me and my ankle got traped in it when i fell. it happened yesterday, the ankle is red and purple on both sides with major swelling. i cant put pressure on it with out a bandge. I think it is sprained but very painful. would u generally agree.

first thing is to rule out fracture so an x ray is a must
if x ray clear than immobilize ankle in strapping/popcast for at least 10 days .anti-inflammatory analgesic for pain and swelling. so see orthopedician
