Suggest Medication To Induce Sleep

i took 2 seroquel (25 mg each) 1 benadryl (50 mg) and 1 lunesta (3 mg) about 5 hours ago, but i woke up in less than 3 hours. I just took another seroquel, but i am still having trouble sleeping. is there anything else I can safely add to help me sleep? i m prescribed seroquel, lunesta & benadryl for sleep and klonopin for anxiety (1 mg) but my doctor said I could also use it to help me sleep. this has been a very regular mix of drugs to help me sleep, but it seems like its working less. I ve tried a lot of sleeping medications and these are the only ones that seem to work well, but since i ve been on them i ve been steadilt\y moving up to higher doses, so I m sure that I can take something else. I m going to see my psychiatrist within days, but i really want to sleep tonight!

Welcome to healthcare magic..

As per your complain you have problem of sleeping i will suggest you to don't too much depend on sleeping pills.

Try to apply following suggestion like....

First fix your sleeping and wake up time.

Don't delay your sleep.

Avoid tea and coffee drinking at night.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking also.

Depression and tension affected your sleep.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods at night time .

Exercise at morning regularly.
Use a bad for only sleeping not for other activities.

Avoid sleeping during daytime.
Warm shower helpful.
Take a warm milk at night.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a psychiatrist for further treatment.
