Hi, i had a fibroid that caused me to have a hysterctomy 3 years ago. After, I have been having ovarian cysts all the time that caused me a great discomfort and pain. My doctor monitored them and now i still feel the pain but no cysts. My doctors told me about possible lesions after the surgery that could cause this pain and discomfort. Can you please tell me more about these lesions and how to treat them?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be there are adhesion after the surgery.probably they may have to be released. The other causes may be the pelvic infection. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis, you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms , fluconazole, cifixime, serratiopeptidase, and diclofenac. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
