Suggest Medicines For High Altitude Travelling With Diabetes

Hello, I am diabetic ( On Insulin) and High Blood Pressusre Patient (On medicin). I am living in Mumbai ( Altitude almost 0,00) and want to go Himalayan trek (Altitude is more then 5000 meters). Plaese suggest me the proper medicin and best precautions to care at High altitude traveling.

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
As altitude increases the air will become thinner and oxygen concentration also becomes.
From diabetic point of view you can use same medication and always carry your medication and snaks,in case of hypoglycemia use them.
i suggest you to meet a physician and obtain fitness from him with respect to your cardiovascular system and respiratory system because trekking involves lots of exertion.
