Suggest Methods To Control Serum And TLC Levels In The Body

Hello sir, I'm 37 year old. dr said I'm Medically fit according to my medical check-up but my but i have some marks on my reports. 1. SGPT (ALT) SERUM is higher it's 65 which much higher what is cause for it? and how can I reduce or balance it 5-20? 2. According to my Pathology test my TLC count is 3,900 which below range 4000-11000. what is he cause of it? and how can i increase it? 3. DLC my Lymphocyte count 50 which also higher 20-40. everything is fine. Could you please let me know about it?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible chronic inflammation leading to high lymphocyte count and increased ALT. Could be alcohol or fatty liver.
2. TLC count is mildly reduced.
3. Nutritious diet, Vit B12 supplementation, fiber rich diet, moderate exercise and weight reduction could help in improving the values towards normal. Mild variation is always seen, not to worry. Modification of life style is necessary.
