Suggest Methods To Detect The Gradient Type Of Aortic Stenosis

hii i m a psychiatrist and suffer from aortic stenosis but neither 3D echo nor transoesophageal echo are able to tell the gradient and type as different time they have given different answers ranging from subvalvular to supravalvular and gradient decreasing and increasing with time. to be more informative these investigation have been done by renowned DM cardiologists from premier institutes and even they are amazed. please help me by suggesting some other investigation and Rx as problem is increasing clinically

The exact values can be mesured by cardiac catheterisation. It is invasive procedure and done usually when planning surgery.
If you are symptomatic your doctor should evaluate you to decide whether you need treatment or surgery.
If there aren't direct indications for surgery, we usually start from treatment, if it fails only after we discuss surgery.
