Suggest Most Effective Pain Killer For Degenerative Joint Disease, Arthritis And Osteoporosis.

I ve had 18 surgeries in the last six years .most caused by chemo and radiation. I have degenerative joint disease, scoliosis, Raynaud s syndrome, have had total knee replacement, plate and pins in my back, arthritis, osteoporosis, and bursitis in my back. I was wondering what would be the best and most effective pain pill for me to request...Have taken naturally the nsaids which I can no longer take because I had gastric bypass, have taken, Percocet, lortab and Elavil at night but the Elavil is no longer working and lortab makes me hyper, and Percocet no longer works? oh....tramadol and ultracet or ultram are worthless
