Suggest Precautions During Pregnancy After Miscarriages
dear sir/Madam Myself kumkum jain 26 year old from jaipur I got marriage in 19 feb 09 after 4 month I got pregency and i take treatment regular and i had not any problem but at the time of delivery Dr. got confused what should she do she take decision of sejarion late and baby in fetal distress and died after 3 days and after approx 9 month I got second pregnancy but at that time after 15 days bleeding get started and have to abort within 5days and now in march I have again pregent and have some problem releated second delivery but everything is ok still after all I am feared what should I do for birth a healthy child. hi... your history suggests you are into your sixth month of pregnancy...I hope your ANC chek ups must be regular now...your blood sugar, all basic investigations, s TSH also to be done... ultrasound level 2 must have been done by now... regular chek ups, BP Monitoring ... would help . you need take adequate sleep in the night.. and 2 hours in the day.. you must be percieving fetal kicks by now... iron and calcium supplements .. given... keep relaxed .. n healthy diet with plenty of green vegetables ... lots of water intake... protein rich diet.. would help in the healthy course of pregnancy also you can walk for 20 minutes in fresh air as pregnancy advances .. your mode of delievery would be decided... depending on ultrasound and how uneventful is the pregnancy period
