Suggest Remedies For A Painful Pimple With White Head Below My Nose

I have a pimple under my nose that I assume is now infected...I am trying not to squeeze it but it is quite large and painful...It has been there for over a week...i have tried acne creams, i have been leaving it alone for days and just putting neosporin on it in case it is infected, it started to improve over the weekend I woke up this morning and it is a white head again and painful again what should I do?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you painful pimple with white head below my nose which could be due to deficiency of vitamin B12, folic acid, continuous irritation and due to allergic reaction to dust. Need not to worry. I would suggest you not to scratch the scab from the pimple. You should apply clindamycin ointment. You should apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. You should apply apply suncote gel as well. Avoid acidic foods such as citrus fruits or spicy foods that may aggravate symptoms. Start taking multivitamin supplement for few days. If condition doesn't improve in 4-5 days then consult oral pathologist for proper diagnosis and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory drugs , antibiotics or steroid ointments .
