Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. acne and pigmented marks would respond to medical treatment. Using a benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) and adapelene gel once at night would help you with acne. You may use salicylic acid (1%) based face wash for regular cleansing. This is what you can do on a low budget. Acne scars wont respond favorably to topical medications. But then there is no hurry. Consult a dermatologist once you get a job. There are many options for scars. Hope it helps
