Suggest Remedies For Constipation

my daughter would have what she referred to as dribbling every morning her dr done x rays and said it was caused from constipation he prescribed miralax this was about a yr ago since then that has gotten better but now she is having it when she coughs or sneezes i was just concerned there may be another problem

You can do some diet modifications for constipation problem.

Drink more water.
Avoid junk foods and fatty foods.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.

Try to chew food properly.
Avoid some dairy product like butter, cheese etc...
Avoid gaseous vegetable like cabbag and cauli flower.

Do regular exercise. Avoid too much fatty foods .
