Suggest Remedies For Irregular Sleeping Addiction

im in middle school and as soon as I get home I go to sleep I get home at 3:00 and I sleep until 7:00 or 8:00 then at night I go to sleep at like 2:00 am then I have to wake up at 6:30 am and this process happens everyday. I want to stop it so bad but how ?
