Hi! I am a male, 39 yrs old, ht-165 cms, wt-92 Kg. I have problems of overweight and very heavy snoring. I'm a social drinker and regular smoker. I need to know if I can get some kind of permanent treatment for my weight as well as this snoring? If yes, then where and how much will it cost, both in terms of time as well as money?
hello i share your concern snoring might be there due to obstructive sleep apnoea due to obesity so you should consult an ENT surgeon to see for any obstruction in upper respiratory tract you can reduce weight by following these guidelines strictly follow your schedule of exercise and diet control don't skip the meal small and frequent feeding 3 meals and 3 snacks in between avoid carbonated drinks fatty and junk food have well cooked home made food more of boiled vegetables and salads have plenty of fluids lukewarm water and fresh juices 2 to 3 liters a day Have dietary fibers in diet to keep the colon healthy
