Suggest Remedies For Pain Due To Fissure

I am a Hodgkins lymphoma patient. Last week I have completed my 6th ycle of MIME chemo. Every time I used to face little pain because of fissure but it went off by 1-2 day. But since yesterday I am having extreme pain. Wih warm bath there used be some relief but now it is paining horribly. I have tried Himalaya's hammerhoid cream but no relief. Can someone provide some help to get out of this pain.
