i'm a 60 years old, 83Kg, 173 CM , i have heart problem for the last 10 years, i had 3 stents in my LDA since 2005, i always feel chest pain after ejaculation that lasts for many hours , i'm on concor 10Mg/day, Isobad 40mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening, as well as Plavix 75mg/day, how can i avoid such pain BR

Hello,
It is likely that your coronary artery disease would have progressed to other vessels over these years or there may be a block in the stent(s). This is not uncommon and what I would advise my patients would be to have CT coronary angiogram which is a safe non invasive way of knowing your coronaries.
