Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Severe Migraines

I have had a terrible migraine all day and have been throwing up, I have a slight fever now. Can't get it to go away 25 yrs old 5 FT 93lbs I have arthritis in my neck and the discs in my neck are worn out. I have taken Excedrin and have been putting cold compress over my eyes. My headache starts to go all the way away as long as im laying down with my eyes closed but the minute i get up the migraine comes back full on
