About 2 weeks ago I started to notice a few red spots on my penis, appearing to look like zits, after having unprotected sex. She assured me that she is clean as she has been checked recently after the last guy she had sex with which was a boyfriend of 3 years. 3 days ago I began to notice sore spots on my tongue and lower lip. Both have red spots with white centers and feel like a kanker sore and cracked chaped lips. Sores on penis have worsend progressively from the start. Any ideas of what this may be?
