Suggest Remedies To Lose Weight

Hello i am a 20 years old male from Pakistan. My weight was 94 Kg in 2009 but then i reduced it to 80Kg now i have been dieting and taking exercises for long but i can not cross the barrier of 79 Kgs. I have tried starving as well as healthy diets with sufficient calories. Kindly suggest me any remedy to break this weight loss plateau. I am worried. My height is 5 feet 9 inches

I am glad to know that you are so health conscious and you want to remain in good physical shape
I will be happy if you can be benefited with my advise

Don't skip meal or do fasting
have small and frequent meals (like 3 meals and 3 snacks in between )
avoid fatty fried and junk food completely
have good amount of fruits and vegetables
Have plenty of fluids and juices
have dietary fibers in your diet which helps in absorption of toxic substance from colon and make it healthy
