Hi, Few days back I started feeling bloated stomach and sometime I get acid in stomach for certain type of food but it was worse. So I got tested for H pylori bacteria and result was 0.9. Anyway I started taking Omeperazole 20mg pills for past 15 days. I am getting any acid problem but my chest is still heavy in the middle and I would like to get a complete body check up. I am 34 years old and for past few years not much activities no exercises, sitting in front of the computer for longer time and also driving long hours.
As per your complain you have problem of acidity and heavyness at chest area that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux problem or gastritis problem or other reasons.
Avoid spicy food, oily foods, fatty foods, tea and coffee.. Eat small amount of meal and chew properly at night. Walk after taking meal. Avoid heavy meal specialy at night. Drink more water. Avoid stress. Elevate your head during sleeping time. Antacids helpful in reflux problem. Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
