Understanding your concern. As per your query your you have acne on face due to stomach upset. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take short interval meals and avoid large intake of food at a time. You should apply mashed potatoes on skin for 15-20 min and then wash face, this helps in controlling acne without giving any side effects. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C. You should avoid oily and fried food. Drink plenty of water and take diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
