Suggest Remedy For Bloating During Premature Ovary Failure

Hi, following one shot of 10.8mg zoladex injection and hysteroscopic surgery to remove fibroids, I have been diagnosed with premature ovary failure . My problem now is feeling very bloated soon after meal, and do not seem to have any hot flushes, and night sweats as I previously did.
