Suggest Remedy For Chronic Diarrhea, Mucus In Stools With Severe Gas Problem

hallo sir,i am 27 years old,suffering from chronic dysenty problem,actually my problem is reguarding with mucoid stool,i have consulted with some doctors, they said it is IBS(irritable bowl syndrom),they told me to have meverine hydrochloride drug based medicine,normaxin and pro biotic capsule. but i am not getting very good result. i can not take medicine like metronidazole,tinidazole(i have taken such medicine erlier a lot).doctors told me to do colonoscopy and endoscopy(i have problems of severe gas )...what should i do???

evaluation with
- basic laboratory
- ultrasound examination
- colonoscpy , upper GI scopy according to the clinician concern .

* Primary relief with proton pump inhibitors , GI targetting antibiotics
