Suggest Remedy For Fever With Vomiting And Throat Pain

My daughter is 8 years old. She was seen in the ER today for fever vomiting and throat pain. They said she has strep throat and a UTI. Her fever has been nearly 105 today and is not dropping much with medicine. At what point should I be concerned and return to the ER?
