You had cold 4 days back and since then you are suffering from headache that increases when you bend down. Your symptoms are indicative of sinus headache that goes worse on bending. To reduce discomfort due to inflamed sinuses, take adequate water and fluids, steam inhalation may help. Take decongestants like pseudoephedrine (Sudafed). You can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen (Advil) to get relief from headache.
Try using humidifier to feel better. You can get clinically examined by an ENT and get X-ray PNS done to detect deviated nasal septum. Dehydration also causes headache, stay well hydrated. Migraine headache occurs only on one side of the head, it is throbbing or pulsating type of headache. Take adequate sleep, do not stress and avoid oily spicy food that may trigger symptoms. Get your eyes checked to be on the safer side. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
