Hello,
If your head MRI report is normal, I suggest you to visit a dentist/TMJ specialist for a clinical examination. Multiple dental and TMJ (Temporo Mandibular Joint) reasons could also cause migraines. It could be due to
1. Tensed chewing muscles
2. Changes in jaw bone structure.
3. Psycological stress
4. Misaligned teeth
5. Multiple dental treatments
6. Recent dental injury or infection
7. Multiple missing teeth
If that is due to dental or TMJ reasons, this can be corrected by treating the cause.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Beryl Fredrick, Dentist
