Suggest Remedy For High Bp With Migraine

blood pressure has been consistently high the past 7 days 180/101 etc....taken it twice daily heart rate coming in around 58....normally blood pressure low unless pain level high, chronic pain patient, migraine exteme last few days, now under control, cannot get pressure down suggestions?

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

The symptoms are suggestive of migraine with hypertension (high blood pressure).

You need anti-hypertensive medication to bring the blood pressure down. Good options include telmisartan and olmesartan tablets.

Amlodipine tablets for BP control should be avoided in your case, as it may exacerbate your migraine headaches.

In addition, beta blockers may be used to control the migraine.
