My periods are irregular by lasting more than 7 days for the past 2 months and I am married and not using any birth control pills, the cycle is for 35 days now and it was all normal before and after I reached Dubai and my job is also very stressful and I sleep only for 5 hrs daily and eating habits also not proper. I am not under weight and my BMI is quite normal. I don't get any pain or menstrual cramps. Its just normal bleeding throughout the days.
