hello doctor, I am 31 year male, I am feeling pain in my right knee continuously for last three week, my height is 183 cm and i weight 85 kg, i exercise regularly but after a football match in office this pain has started, which i ignored initially , i thought pain may go after few days but the pain is still there, it occurs when i walk or climb the stairs
