Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to visit your doctor as soon as possible. The symptoms you are describing are alarming signs showing that your heart is not meeting your body's requirements.

Your differential diagnosis includes:

1. Heart failure
2. Infective endocarditis (due to fever)
3. Atrial fibrillation secondary to mitral valve prolapse.

All of these have treatment modalities avaliable and you should quickly consult your general physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Adnan Iqbal
