HI
Well come HCM
Thank for asking, your query is appreciated, most of the time the diarrhea could be due to dyspepsia and it may not need any treatment it comes around on its own, only matter of concern is that it should not be associated with any other symptoms like fever vomiting abdomen pain, or it should not be long last, if this is so then it could be due to some infection and it could be both protozoa and bacteria playing the role.
Looking to the above given condition if it is the infection then it can be manage with Tab Ofloxacine with Tinidazole twice in day for three days, care needs to be taken for dehydration else it is nothing to worry.
hope this information helps.
