Suggest Remedy For Low Heart Beat Rate

35 with small vessel brain disease on mri but spinal tap results came back okay. Have atrial fib heart disease. did shock to try to get to bet right but didnt work. Now beats 40 beats per min. Still feel bad and both neurol and cardiol. haven't said anything else to try but day to day basis I feel sick. Is it possible to feel normal again>

Continue current line of management. Nothing much to worry and you will be alright. I think you are feeling low and that might have provoked symptoms. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
