Suggest Remedy For Mercury Poisoning

I am 58, female, and experienced acute mercury poisoning in 2004. Today, I still have tinnitus, difficulty in focusing with both eyes after exertion, some fatigue, central tremor, excessive salivation and, most damaging to my career, dysarthria. Could this still be due to the orginal Mercury toxicity? I was chelated and all my dental amalgams removed.
