My friend is having a migraine that originates from the back of his head and upwards. He's also having shivers. He's taken fever pills and pain killers to stop the migraine. He doesn't know what it is though. He's had the migraine for about 24 hours. Do you know what's happening to him?
hi sir, If this is the first episode of headache ,dont consider it migraine and consult a local neurologist.Migraine headache is usually bifrontal or hemicranial, throbbing, mod to severe with nausea, vommiting, photophobia and phonophobia, lasts for 4h-72 hr (mostly 4-8hr). In case of fever, neck pain, rec vommiting, double vision, postural headache, severe headache not responding to routine analgesics he must see a neurologist.
