Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Slipped Disc
Dr. my daughter 25 years old had a slipped disc thats what doctor told to take rest for 3 weeks, she is still taking rest, the pain is reduced but when she touch the lower back of spine the pain is there, doctor said the tissue should come and cover the area so bed rest is needed, what we shud do ?

Get her MRI done to know the exact status, take physiotherapy, apply Diclofenac gel and hot pack, use over the counter painkillers.
