Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. By what you quote...I feel your kid already falls into the category of complicated UTI due to multiple infections. I would ,like to know about - 1. Her birth weight and current weight? 2. Any ultrasound scan or MCU of DMSA scan have been done or not? 3. I need to know about urine culture reports of previous infections? I suggest you admit the kid and do a complete evaluation and start on intravenous antibiotics, probably to cover ESBL E.coli which can be stepped down later after culture and sensitivity reports. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health. Dr. Sumanth MBBS., DCH., DNB (Paed).,
