What Is The Treatment For UTI To A Child?

Hi

My daughter age is 5 years (20kg) and had UTI some 2 weeks back. Now there is no UTI and had residual urine in the bladder (8cc). We have consulted the Nephro and took DMSA scan too. The Kidney function was normal and no scar in the DMSA report. Today she is complaining some pain below and above the abdomon while jumping and running. What could be the reason for this pain? How much ml urine she should pass daily?
