Based on the facts and reports of MCU and DMSA scan that you have explained it seems that your daughter has grade 2 Vesico Ureteric Reflux VUReflux is a disease characterized by a weakness of sphincter muscle at the intra mural part of ureter where it enters in to bladder .This weakness causes into backward flow of urine from the bladder back into ureter which leads to infection in the kidney (Pyelonephritis) This pyelonephritis is the cause for recurrence of fever . You have to continue prophylactic antibiotic prescribed by your Dr and repeat urine routine test and culture at frequent intervals to keep urine sterile . Get her urine culture done ant start appropriate antibiotic as per culture report along with Paracetomol syrup. Dr.Patil.
