Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shoulder Blade & Neck

i have pain doen left side of neck into left shoulderblade..the predominent pain wich is a 7-8 is in my back/shoulderblade..i have bulging disc (not herniated) in my c6/c7 spine,spinal stenoses, and mild arthritis. the neurologist told me i have to live with the pain he does not think any operations can help (which i can appreciate) and sent me to pain manage mgnt.sinc then i have had 3 steriod injection all together with no releif, multiple P/T and chyropractic visits with no help.. i just had my 3rd steriod injection friday 30th. i am so tired!!

To guide you properly there is need to see your MRI scan although surgery is definitely beneficial in these cases. Please show your MRI to your doctor for guidance.
