Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Left Hand

dear dr i mr brijesh tank i was having pain in my left hand an i had been told to take the report for tuberculosis-lgG antibodies , serum by EIA , i had took the report it shows BORDERLINE (158.39) , so pls suggest me that is it ok or i dont have to panick
