Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... HI I am having feeling of breathlessness for the past 6 months. I took a Chest X-ray and the doctor said it was fine. Worse, these are sporadic and normally occur for a period of 1-2 hours. It normally occurs when I am doing my daily activities but never when I am running / playing ? Please suggest some remedy

So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only. You will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone). Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
