Suggest Remedy For Psoriasis

My wife is suffering from Psoriasis for. Age 53, 5'2" 55 Kgs. suffering for more than 7 years. Tried allopathy, homeopathy & Ayurveda without any cure. Tried unani, very good effect, but stopped as she put on weight and we thought there were steroids in that medicine. Need to consult a good Dr preferably around Adyar area immediately
