Suggest Remedy For Severe Flare Up In Shoulder With History Of Having Arthritis All Over Body

I have a flare up in my shoulder an it s really bothering me.I have tried ice but not working.I have arthritis all over but this is really restricting my movements. I have had this flare up in my shoulder for 3-4 days and it happened very quickly.Hope you can help.

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

For proper diagnosis to be made you should get x-ray shoulder joint in AP view done and discus it with doctor. After doing your physical examination and viewing the if he will advise your medication like aceclofenac+serratiopeptidase and if needed intra-articular steroid injection.

He then advise you stretching exercises.
