Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache And Pulsatile Tinnitus

Hi I have had persistent daily headaches for 2 and a half years, in 2010 had a sudden extreme headache combined with neck stiffness and drowsiness was taken to hospital with suspected meningitis which was ruled out by lp!! Had MRv 4 weeks after and said suspected aneurysm or calcification in left cerebellum, ct was then done around 2 months later without contrast and was told lipoma in quadrigeminal cistern!! From may last year started experiencing intermittent numbness, pain and pins/ needles in limbs and face mainly right sided and have now had these symptoms intermittently since!! Pulsatile tinnitus started April this year combined with drunk like feelings, had mri and mra which were clear except for dominance of left sided blood vessels been told headaches are most likely migraines and been put on beta blockers and zolmitriptan as and when required!! Returned back from holiday 2 weeks ago and prior to that I had been feeling ok, on the plane on the way home my right arm and right leg kept going dead and since have had a constant headache which is worse on waking and nothing is shifting it!! It hurts more when I move my head and the pulsatile tinnitus is back with a vengeance, it has been constant now for 2 weeks any advice would be much appreciated!!

First of all,the lipoma should be removed surgically without further ado.Because it compress the blood vessels and the surrounding brain tissue resulting in severe symptoms.I hope I answer all your questions.
