Suggest Remedy For Small Nodal Found In Left Mid Zone Of Chest

I'm 31. About 5 month ago some blood came from my chest and after two month again but this time with cough. I went to a doctor and did some test. In my chest X-ray there is a small nodal found in the left mid zone of my chest. I smoke for 10 years. After this I didn't. In last 5 months it happened four times.

Hi thanks for asking question.

This nodule should be concerned as you have also history of smoking since 10 year.

First possibility of common infective condition has to be think like pneumonia or tuberculosis.chest x ray and sputum examination along with complete blood examination seems to be useful for rule out these two condition. They are treated accordingly.

Second it could be hamartoma like lesion.

Third it could be benign or malignant tumour .For above two condition USG guided FNAC useful for further work up

Fourth it could be fungus ball infection. For it also sputum culture and FNAC useful.

Wish you good health.
