Suggest Remedy For Smegma Build Up After Having Intercourse
My boyfriend says he has smegma build up after we are intimate. I know he showers regularly and he cleans himself after intercourse. I also shower regularly and get my female exams as schedule. My most recent pap was normal(no infections) and I do not have any discharge. What should he/we do?

Smegma is a normal secretions from glands on sexual excitement. It can't and shouldn't be stopped. The only way is to clean it regularly while taking bath.
