Read your history carefully. Let us simplify the problem. The most important is black moshan= motion ( stool); it is indicative of an active bleeding in the intestinal tract. You have to go for an upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy and ultrasonography of the abdomen to find the cause. Also to go for blood tests to see that there is no anemia, infection or any medical problem like diabetes.
These investigations may help to an extend. You have to go for contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and scrotum with color doppler of the scrotum to see that there is no torsion of testis.
The medical and / or Surgical treatment will depend upon the proper diagnosis. You may need to get admitted for investigations, multi-disciplinary consultations and proper treatment.
